ABOUT ME

A Journey Towards Self-Knowledge And Service To Others

I was born in Lebanon, in a country at war, in 1981. My father dedicated 5 years of his life to working as a volunteer doctor during that war. I believe that marked me from the very beginning, and I feel it shaped my life path. Since childhood, I wanted to be of service to others, to help create a kinder and more humane world. My first studies were in pedagogy, and my first master’s degree was in psychopedagogy. My introduction in class was always: “I want to change the world.” I worked my whole life in Non-Governmental Organizations. My second master’s degree was in International Humanitarian Action. I traveled to Colombia and worked for several years in an NGO focused on childhood and armed conflict. After some time, I trained as a Coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Bogotá. I went through a profound crisis/spiritual awakening in 2015 and embarked on an inner journey that led me to the deepest darkness. Today, after many different and beautiful therapies and therapists who have crossed my path, I finally feel like the healer I came here to be. My first contact with the philosophy of yoga was through meditation in 2010. My practice of yoga helped me work for years on self-knowledge and going deeper into my own being. In 2018, I decided to train as a yoga instructor. My training in Hatha was inspired by the teachers of my mentor: Dharma and Forest. Dharma connected me with the opening of the heart towards the Divine Love of the Cosmic Father. Forest connected me with the Divine Love of Mother Earth.

My mission has been clear to me since childhood: to be at the service of others. It took me some time to figure out how to do it. The Akashic Records became the ultimate tool that truly allowed me to serve, through the wisdom acquired in the adventure of living. Today, I see myself as a co-creator of the new energy that accompanies the planet: self-healing through love. Channelling is my greatest gift—opening myself to something greater than me and giving it a voice through my channel.

Gestalt therapy is another of my great passions, and guiding therapeutic processes is my true vocation. In my sessions, I accompany seekers to overcome obstacles, to expand the structures (created for survival) that imprison the heart, to develop their potential, to identify their mission, to heal wounds, and to deepen their self-knowledge. To achieve greater fulfillment, joy, and peace. To dive deep and recover their pearls.

I feel fortunate to have finally embraced life, which once felt so difficult, and to now be able to say wholeheartedly that my passion, my vocation, and my profession are one—and that I have accepted my gift and put it at the service of others. Now, all that remains is to share it—with you.
