Therapeutic Support: A Path of Healing, Self-Knowledge, and Fulfillment
Therapeutic support is the heart of my work and the essence of my vocation. It is not only a resource in moments of pain or difficulty, but a living process that also accompanies you through stages of well-being, growth, and personal exploration. Supporting someone is not only about holding space when everything seems to fall apart, but also about being present when someone wants to go deeper, get to know themselves better, and continue expanding their life from a place of fulfillment.
In each session you will find a safe, close, and human space, where you can truly be listened to, without judgment and with respect. It is a continuous and flexible process — weekly or monthly — adapted to your needs, serving as constant guidance and reminding you that you are not alone on your path.
My approach is inspired by the humanistic and Gestalt perspective, not in a rigid or theoretical way, but as brushstrokes that arise from experience: working from the present, giving space to what you feel in the moment, paying attention to what your body expresses, and allowing emotions to find their place. These are experiential tools that help illuminate what was once hidden and open new possibilities.
Organically, the process may also include guided meditations, conscious breathing practices, energy dynamics, or simple connection exercises. These are not mandatory steps, but resources that arise when needed, always in service of your well-being.
